REVISED PLANNING WALL COMPLETE FOR THE NEXT YEAR. I AM STILL WORKING ON COMPLETING THE FOLLOWING 4 YEARS.
REFLECTING ON FEAR....
I have a fear of failing. I have always had this fear, but I have been able to control it for the majority of the semester. While working on the final draft of my planning wall, I had a fear of failing. When I think of making it and being successful, I my heart palpates and I sense hot flashes. This feeling reiterates my fear of failing. It helped me realize that I run from what I want because I am afraid that I am not capable of doing so. I control this by thinking to myself, "The only thing to fear, is fear itself." When I felt fearful I thought of my role model, professor Atuahene and her success. It makes me feel better.
ur planning wall is so cute! I have a fear of failing too, but I love the latin phrase Carpe Diem, which I have tattooed on my inner wrist. You have to roll with the punches, if you try and fail, at least you tried!
